The Foundation, named after the fighter for freedom and the rights of Ukraine and, in general, the peoples of Eastern & Central Europe, a talented colonel, bright journalist, authoritative international figure, citizen of Lithuania Eugene Konovalets, aims to explore the heritage of this man, to return the results of the activities of Konovalets and his like-minded people, as well as up-to-date ideas about how to build a peaceful and prosperous Europe. The Foundation and its partners intend to help forced refugees, orphans, widows, as well as participate in projects aimed at satisfying the spiritual, cultural and social needs of people in the Baltic States, Central and Eastern Europe. Special projects will be aimed at the implementation of political studies and journalist investigations in the field of crimes of totalitarian regimes.
